Will my bank close my account if I make a claim?
No, your bank will not close your account if you make a claim.
Will my Credit rating be affected if I make a claim?
No, your credit rating has nothing to do with making a complaint against a bank or lender for unfair charges.
How much does your service cost?
iSmart Claims work on a no win-no fee basis, so unless we recover compensation, you don't pay a penny to us.
If we recover compensation for you, the fee we charge will be equivalent to 25% plus VAT of the compensation recovered An example of our fees would be:
You are awarded £1,000 compensation, our fee will be £287.50 and you will receive the balance of £712.50. This fee covers the cost of your claim with iSmart Claims In addition to our fee, if we win, any data protection fees paid by iSmart Claims will be chargeable: these are not expected to be higher than £10 per case. What are the chances of getting my money back?
Given the reported £1bn the banks have already repaid, then we would rate your chances as very high. The banks seem to be delaying the inevitable, so patience is the key! We think the banks will concede at a given point, but nobody can be sure of the exact dates. But it is important to make your claim none-the-less.
